Planning our trip to Yellowstone

I’m a borderline Millennial but can still claim the Gen X status. Being so close to the generation gap gives me online research powers that older generations simply do not have. I may also be biased because I build websites and market online for a living. So it’s no surprise I know my way around a Google search.

Google searching can be an interesting game. It can consist of hopping from one source to another and interpreting patters that emerge to best illustrate the information you you’re looking for. When the nugget hits, you seize it.

Everything told us we were late, out of luck, and be sure to plan a year in advance. Then came the nugget. A skill that came before the internet. At the end of a blog post, deep and buried, and probably an afterthought: “Call to see if anyone has canceled their reservation”. Bingo.
